I’ve read all the Dan Browns. A couple it took a fair while to get into the story. But I glad I stuck with them. Wasn’t a fan of Jodi Picoult, but I didn’t read my sisters keeper.
    Happy Reading!

Love Jodi Picoult – she always hits hard with her plots. Her sister’s keeper was the first of her books I ever read and it’s heartbreaking. Brace yourself for twists as well, as if I remember rightly it’s slightly different to the film. And better, as these things often are.

I found Wicked a horrendously difficult read but maybe I was just spoiled by the musical.

And Sophie Kinsella is one of my favourite chick-lit authors. Her Shopaholic series is probably one of my go-tos for a light, pick me up read. Looking forward to seeing what you think of them.

I’ve just bought Gone Girl – watched the film and now need to see what the book is like.

      • Books are always better than the movies. I really can’t wait to dive in now!
Wicked has a lot of bad reviews on goodreads as well, but then again it was a re-telling of Wizard Of Oz so I said why not?
And OMG! Same here! I love her books. They’re fun and fast paced and a perfect read when I’m in a book hangover or a slump.
I haven’t seen the movie, nor read the book. I have to though, soon. Since I was challenged by my best friend to read it cause he absolutely loved it. 🙂
